IPLME Business School offers a management course specializing in hotels and restaurants.
Our school intends to train the next generation of hotel directors and restaurant managers for the city of Paris and beyond.
In the field of hotels, we shall focus primarily on these main departments: Food & Beverage, Finance & Accounting, Front Desk, Housekeeping, H.R., Sales & Marketing, I.T., Purchasing, Food Production, Security, Maintenance & Engineering.
In the realm of restaurants, we will also look at M.O.F. (Meuilleur Ouvrier de France), the Michelin Guide rankings, Maître d'hôtel, event planning and catering among many other subjects.
